Return Policy:
No returns on electrical parts, helmets, safety gear, worn apparel items, tools, chemicals, clearance items, or special ordered items. 20% restocking fee applied for accepted returns. Management reserves the right to refuse/approve returns as seen fit. No returns shall be granted if part numbers are supplied by the customer or items are discounted from the manufacturer. New, unopened, in-stock items may qualify for a return and will incur a minimum of 20% restocking fee, plus any applicable return shipping fees should those apply.
Credit Card Payments:
No credit cards are held on file after any purchases or for work performed at Superbike Powersports.
Storage Fee:
Storage fee of $40 per day will be applied to each invoice for any type of vehicle that has not been picked up in 2 days from notification of completed work.
Califiornia Lead Battery Recycling Fee 25215.2:
The dealer is required by law to charge a non-refundable $1 California battery fee and a refundable deposit for each lead-acid battery purchased. A credit of the same as the refundable deposit will be issued if a used lead-acid battery is returned at the time of purchase or up to 45 days later along with this dealer’s receipt.
Emissions / Performance Parts Waiver:
I understand that by buying/installing aftermarket accessories and/or “power-up parts,” my motorcycle may not conform to California emissions standards, thereby rendering it illegal for street use, and that all sales are final on accessories of this nature. I promise not to operate my motorcycle on public roads due to the nature of these products. I do not hold Superbike Powersports liable if my motorcycle is no longer street-legal after the purchase/installation of any such aftermarket accessories and/or “power-up parts”. In any cases that involve litigation and/or fines, I, the purchaser, am assuming full liability and responsibility and will not hold Superbike Powersports liable or responsible in any sort, and I (the purchaser) will accept any incurred costs for such litigation.
